Engineers and jewelers at international luxury brand Caviar have received exact physical mockups of Apple’s upcoming flagships to begin hands-on adaptation of their announced designs.
The Caviar Lab is moving from 3D modeling to physical creation. The atelier’s craftsmen have taken delivery of precise insider mockups for the long-awaited iPhone 18 and iPhone Ultra.
Receiving exact physical mockups is a critical milestone in crafting custom luxury smartphones. Caviar is currently testing its previously revealed design concepts on actual physical frames — fine-tuning decorative elements, testing the fit of precious metals, and perfecting overall ergonomics.
While various schematics, renders, and plastic dummies have been circulating online since April, generic internet blanks do not meet Caviar’s standards. Working with 24K gold, titanium, and rare leather requires sub-millimeter precision.
Today, Caviar officially confirms receipt of certified, high-precision mockups for the iPhone 18 and iPhone Ultra — including the new purple iPhone 18 Pro Max in Dark Cherry.
For Caviar clients, this guarantees receiving a technically flawless, custom-crafted device at the earliest possible date.
Pre-orders for custom iPhone 18 and iPhone Ultra models are already open on the Caviar website.
As always, the first production run is strictly limited. Placing a pre-order now secures a priority manufacturing slot, ensuring delivery among the very first worldwide.
